Work 10 hours a day to give steady and helpful customer service.
Answer customer questions clearly and correctly.
Handle orders and payments quickly and properly.
Be friendly, respectful, and work well with the team.
Solve customer problems calmly and kindly.
Collect customer feedback to help make our service better.
Call or message customers to check if they are happy and need anything else.
