∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Footwear

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Foot wear and Leather goods, Leather industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up with the buyer
∎ Develop quality control and assurance plans by identifying critical quality control points and preventive measures, and establishing critical limits.
∎ Improve and maintain product quality by completing product, compliance and surveillance audits; investigating buyers' complaints
∎ Perform Quality Inspections at sites including per-qualification, In-process and pre-shipment.
∎ Deal with all quality issues in production as well as buyers' requirements
∎ Meet the buyers' in house Quality Assurance Officers regularly and ensure the best quality footwear.
∎ Validate quality processes by Establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
∎ Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions and re-validations.
∎ Organize the use, repair, maintenance, modification and procurement of production equipment.
∎ Work closely with maintenance department for equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines.
∎ Maintain close collaboration with Research and Development division to ensure and implement technical information.
∎ Develop and train the quality team for better understanding of buyers' requirements and quality parameters for shipping the best quality products.
∎ Meet quality assurance financial objectives by estimating and preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Candidate should be enthusistic and self-motivated
∎ General and specific Knowledge on footwear Engineering.
∎ Reporting capacity
∎ Communication skill both in English and Bengali
∎ Indepth knowledge of Leather goods manufacturing
∎ Capacity leading the team
∎ Knowledge of seperation of A grade and B grade
∎ Capacity of Understanding specification
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Leather goods, Leather processing, defects of Leather, Leather material ( Material needed for leather goods), machineries for leather goods, Merchandising Knowledge on Leather footwear, Quality management of Leather footwear etc.

Salary: Negotiable
