Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and maintain nationwide ISP network infrastructure and system operations.
Configure and monitor core routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
Ensure maximum network uptime, stability, and performance across all regions.
Monitor backbone bandwidth utilization and optimize traffic flow.
Administer routers, switches, and network devices from Cisco, MikroTik, Juniper.
Lead troubleshooting for network, server, and connectivity issues.
Manage FTTH/GPON infrastructure including OLT and ONU configuration.
Coordinate with IIG, IX, upstream providers, and vendors for connectivity and support.
Maintain network monitoring systems such as, PRTG, Nagios, and Cacti
Ensure regular system backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
Analyze network incidents and prepare preventive action plans.
Maintain compliance with company policies and BTRC regulations.
Prepare technical reports, utilization reports, and management presentations.
Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and network scalability.
