- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitor and ensure food quality standards throughout production.
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and sampling of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO, GMP).
- Prepare and update quality reports and documentation.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
