• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Nutrition, Agribusiness, or related discipline
• Candidates with an agricultural or food-related academic background will be given priority

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, F-commerce

• Age 22 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in food product sourcing, food supply chain, agribusiness, or related field
• Practical experience in sourcing food or agricultural products for retail or e-commerce will be highly preferred
• Strong understanding of food products, sourcing methods, and market demand
• Ability to evaluate product quality, shelf life, and packaging requirements
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and operations teams
• Organized, proactive, and result-oriented mindset

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food Product Sourcing Expert who will professionally source food-related products and support the complete product-to-market process in collaboration with our internal teams.

Job Responsibilities

Food Product Sourcing & Development

• Source food-related products suitable for online sales, including agricultural, packaged, and consumer food items

• Identify reliable farmers, producers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and suppliers

• Ensure product quality, safety standards, packaging suitability, and compliance

• Negotiate pricing, supply capacity, and delivery timelines

Market & Category Research

• Research market demand, consumer trends, and competitor food products

• Identify new food product opportunities aligned with customer needs

• Analyze pricing, margins, and profitability for each product

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to support product promotion and sales campaigns

• Assist in product positioning, pricing strategy, and launch planning

• Coordinate with operations and inventory teams to ensure smooth availability and fulfillment

Quality & Compliance Management

• Ensure food products meet required quality, hygiene, and safety standards

• Support documentation related to food sourcing, suppliers, and compliance (where applicable)

• Monitor supplier performance and product consistency

Reporting & Improvement

• Prepare regular sourcing and performance reports

• Continuously improve sourcing efficiency, product quality, and cost optimization
