Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from prospective patients with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide excellent customer support by delivering precise information and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Identify patients’ needs, clarify information as needed, and offer appropriate solutions to meet their concerns.
  • Actively engage with patients on each call, aiming to effectively resolve their issues and provide a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions in our system.
