Skills & Experience Required:

• Proficiency in audio and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects/Final Cut Pro, Audition, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Experience in podcast production with a strong portfolio.
• Knowledge of sound design, mixing, and mastering.
• Ability to edit long-form content into short, engaging clips for social media.
• Creative eye for storytelling and branding.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation.
• Understanding of YouTube, Meta, and podcast SEO best practices.
• English Proficiency is required for this role.

We are looking for a skilled Podcast Editor with experience in audio and video editing to produce high-quality, engaging content similar to The Diary of a CEO. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for storytelling, technical expertise, and the ability to create professional, polished podcast episodes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audio Editing: Clean, enhance, and mix audio for clarity and professional sound quality.
• Video Editing: Sync video with audio, add visuals, captions, and branding elements.
• Content Enhancement: Remove filler words, background noise, and optimise pacing for engagement.
• Creative Storytelling: Maintain the flow and storytelling style similar to The Diary of a CEO.
• Post-Production: Apply effects, transitions, and branding elements for a high-end finish.
• File Management: Organise and export files for platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
