- Experience in podcast production with a strong portfolio.
- Knowledge of sound design, mixing, and mastering.
- Ability to edit long-form content into short, engaging clips for social media.
- Creative eye for storytelling and branding.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with motion graphics or animation.
- Understanding of YouTube, Meta, and podcast SEO best practices.
- English Proficiency is required for this role.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a skilled Podcast Editor with experience in audio and video editing to produce high-quality, engaging content similar to The Diary of a CEO. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for storytelling, technical expertise, and the ability to create professional, polished podcast episodes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio Editing: Clean, enhance, and mix audio for clarity and professional sound quality.
- Video Editing: Sync video with audio, add visuals, captions, and branding elements.
- Content Enhancement: Remove filler words, background noise, and optimise pacing for engagement.
- Creative Storytelling: Maintain the flow and storytelling style similar to The Diary of a CEO.
- Post-Production: Apply effects, transitions, and branding elements for a high-end finish.
- File Management: Organise and export files for platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
