∎ • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience (Min 2 Years) BTL related field.
∎ • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve goals and overcome challenges.
∎ • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
∎ • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and build rapport with team members, and stakeholders.
∎ • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays,
∎ • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
∎ • Knowledge of local market trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory requirements related to promotional activities is advantageous.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and lead teams, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to carry out assigned tasks effectively. Plan and organize activities in accordance with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
∎ • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and Clients to ensure seamless execution of activities, including set-up, dismantling, and logistics management.
∎ • Conduct briefings to communicate objectives, roles, and responsibilities to the team, addressing any questions or concerns.
∎ • Monitor on-ground activities to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, promotional protocols, and relevant regulations.
∎ • Address any issues or challenges that arise in pre-post activities.
∎ • Maintain accurate records of activities, related expenses, inventory, and equipment, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
∎ • Implement health and safety protocols to safeguard the well-being of staff
