Education:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related discipline.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a leadership role within the bricks/tiles/cement or heavy manufacturing industry.
∎ Experience under Indian management or within multinational manufacturing environments will be considered a strong asset.
∎ Proven expertise in leading large-scale teams and managing complex, high-volume production lines.
∎ Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles is desirable.
∎ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
∎ Proficiency in production planning, ERP systems, and performance metrics.
∎ Strong understanding of machine maintenance cycles and production equipment.
∎ Full-time residence at the factory premises is required, except during approved leave periods.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and supervise all aspects of daily brick production operations to ensure optimal productivity, cost-efficiency, and timely output.
∎ Manage and coordinate the efforts of 100+ workers and 5+ supervisors across shifts, promoting a high-performance culture.
∎ Establish and implement effective production plans aligned with organizational goals and customer demand forecasts.
∎ Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
∎ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational bottlenecks or equipment failures with minimal downtime.
∎ Optimize resource utilization—raw materials, machinery, and labor—to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, maintenance, R&D, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure seamless production flow.
∎ Oversee implementation and maintenance of quality assurance protocols to meet high-grade brick standards.
∎ Develop and train new staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety, and continuous improvement techniques.
∎ Maintain accurate and timely production records, reporting on KPIs including yield, downtime, and material usage.
∎ Drive process improvement initiatives to modernize production technologies and boost overall output.
