∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible in charge must be able to do minimum 1400 pcs basic t shirt from each line.
∎ Responsible in charge must be able to bring skilled operator.
∎ Ensure optimums utilization of worker, machine & Materials to achieve higher productivity.
∎ Analyze, control & reduce cost in an effective & efficient manner.
∎ Establish & maintain operational guidelines, procedure & practice.
∎ Monitor operational performance to improve the existing performance & improve the efficiency of the floor as well as.
∎ Necessary initiative has to take in order to achieve daily & monthly planned target.
∎ Responsibility has to carry out from cutting to shipment.
∎ Must have good knowledge about quality management.
∎ Must have good leadership & Motivational capability.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of process loss & wastage like rejection, over cutting, over production & extra hour work.
∎ Have to maintain housekeeping properly.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline.
∎ Carry out any other jobs assigned from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ No need to apply if the experience is below 5 yrs.
∎ Self-Motivated.
∎ Smart & pro active
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
