∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans, organize and executes production goals.
∎ Allocates personnel and plans for work on a shift, day and month basis.
∎ Ensures proper use of raw material and machinery.
∎ Ensures quality control and reduction of wastage.
∎ Ensures a safe working environment.
∎ Prepares and maintains records of all production data and Daily Reports.
∎ Enforces rules and procedures relating to work and the work environment.
∎ Guides and trains junior level operators, supervisors and staff.
∎ Does all things commensurate with work of a Production Manager in woven factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years in a Senior Production related job. Good knowledge of Excel and Word.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As Per company policy.
