Job Context:
∎ Job location - Shalna.Gazipur, Baridhara
∎ Looking for a Commercial who has past experience in Woven based Factory-
∎ Job Duty: Commercial will work with the Managing Director to update all concerns of Bank, BGMEA and Customs.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verifying accuracy, validity, legitimacy of the purchase documents (Work orders, invoice, authorities' approval) before payments are made by the Accountant.
∎ Full financial link between commercial, marketing and accounts.
∎ Ensure proper records of commercial department (Export & Import)
∎ Keep a full track of banking transactions, credit limits, LC limits etc.
∎ Ensure proper filling of all financial documents and preservation as per organizations policy.
∎ Maintain liaison with Bank, Insurance companies.
∎ Review and ensure the correctness of monthly accounts and Cash & bank reconciliations for timely submission into the account system.
∎ Ensure that supporting documentation and finance procedures are compliant with Company and Govt requirements.
∎ Develop periodical and year-end financial reports.
∎ Maintain all the statutory compliance as per Income Tax ordinance 1984, VAT and SD Act 2012 and other rules.
∎ Forecast cash flow
∎ Knowledge on Bond and UD related activities
∎ Knowledge on EDF and all bank and Govt. facilities related to export oriented Garments Industry
∎ Full knowledge on available credit facilities including packing credit
∎ Full knowledge on documentation requirements for PC, Purchase, subsidy, EXP, PRC, Bond, UD etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ MS or Undergraduate in Finance & Accounting from reputable University.
∎ Minimum 5-7 years' work experience in the Finance & Accounting department in the Garments Industry.
∎ Extensive knowledge on XL, PowerPoint and Accounting software.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla & English.
∎ Should demonstrate presentation skills (at least verbally).
∎ Must demonstrate leadership quality and has the maturity to develop a successor.
∎ Proactive, self-starter, energetic
∎ Extensive knowledge on Commercial and Costing
Salary: Negotiable
