Best Tycoon (BD) Enterprise Limited is seeking an experienced and skilled Fixture Development Engineer of the Manufacturing Engineering department to lead the operations of our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop fixtures, jigs, tooling, and workstations based on product and process requirements.
- Conduct fixture trials, testing, and validation on production lines
- Lead and guide the fixture team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure safety standards and compliance during maintenance work.
- Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair/maintenance services.
- Keep records of maintenance work and provide updates to management.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
