Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline with Fire Safety Training/Fire Safety Manager course from Fire Service & Civil Defense will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3 to 4 years experience in same position
Job Context:
∎ Prepare all safety standards, policy, reports & documentation regarding fire safety issue including fire evacuation plan and procedure.
∎ Proper maintenance and understanding of fire detection and protection system on the light of NFPA & BNBC.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish a full functional and effective fire safety management system.
∎ Investigate and find out the root causes of any fire incident/accident, if occur.
∎ Prepare all safety standards, policy, reports & documentation regarding fire safety issue including fire evacuation plan and procedure.
∎ Proper maintenance and understanding of fire detection and protection system on the light of NFPA & BNBC.
∎ Sound knowledge on audit system of ACCORD, Alliance & Nirapon.
∎ Train up all workers / staffs / employees on fire safety, protection, fighting and first-aid on demonstration basis as per training calendar to make the mission success.
∎ Must have well knowledge on installation and maintenance of Sprinkle System, Addressable Fire Alarm system and Fire Hydrant system.
∎ Monitoring Fire Fighting & rescuer team and to conduct external & internal fire related training.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 to year(s) experience in reputed textile & RMG industries in same position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Training & Development
∎ Retired officer from Fire Service & Civil Deference will get preference.
∎ Must demonstrate attitude of integrity, transparency, proactive and positive.
