Job Context:
∎ We are looking for individuals who have working experience in the corporate environment of a Group of Companies and have to monitor all factories` fire & safety issues from head office. He also needs to prepare all safety standards, policies, reports & documentation regarding fire safety issues including fire evacuation plan and procedure.
∎ Proper maintenance and understanding of fire detection and protection system on the light of NFPA & BNBC.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish a fully functional and effective fire safety management system.
∎ Investigate and find out the root causes of any fire incident/accident, if occur.
∎ Prepare all safety standards, policy, reports & documentation regarding fire safety issues including fire evacuation plan and procedure.
∎ Proper maintenance and understanding of fire detection and protection system on the light of NFPA & BNBC.
∎ Sound knowledge of the audit system of ACCORD, Alliance & Nirapon.
∎ Train up all workers/staff/employees on fire safety, protection, fighting, and first-aid on a demonstration basis as per the training calendar to make the mission successful.
∎ Must have well knowledge on installation and maintenance of Sprinkle System, Addressable Fire Alarm system and Fire Hydrant system.
∎ Monitoring Fire Fighting & rescuer team and conducting external & internal fire-related training.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Minimum 3 to years experience in the corporate of reputed textile & RMG industries in the same position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Training & Development
∎ A retired officer from Fire Service & Civil Deference will get preference.
∎ Must demonstrate an attitude of integrity, transparency, proactive and positive.
