Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand the tasks from the Quality Manager and monitor the performance of junior staff.
∎ Before the final inspection, collect the schedule from the Quality Manager and gather information related to washing, trimming, pre-shipment, ironing, folding, and packing.
∎ Conduct quality checks and report accordingly.
∎ In case of any rejection or issue, inform the Quality Manager and Production Manager.
∎ Ensure that auditors are performing their responsibilities correctly.
∎ In case of any urgent issues, contact the coordinators and keep them informed.
∎ Follow the instructions of higher authorities and consult them for problem-solving.
∎ Evaluate the skills and performance of the Quality Inspectors.
∎ Stay updated about any pending audit programs.
∎ If any QA fails to meet the standards, inform the Quality Manager and provide appropriate guidance.
∎ Job Context: A reputed woven and denim garments manufacturing company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finishing Quality Controller to ensure the highest standards of product quality in the finishing section. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and maintaining finishing quality across all relevant processes, including washing, ironing, folding, tagging, packing, and final inspection. This role requires a strong understanding of woven and denim garments, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment to ensure timely delivery of defect-free products.
