Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Graduation/Post-Graduation in Accounting from a reputed university.
∎ CA (CC) is must.
∎ Skills Required: Income Tax and VAT, VAT and Tax, VAT and Tax related work

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Income Tax and VAT, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Taxation, VAT Tax Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Garments, Buying House

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Yearly financial statements of companies in compliance with income tax, VAT and other regulatory requirements.
∎ Preparation of Return of Income of the company, directors and its' employees and assessment thereon.
∎ Execute, monitor and manage VAT related works as well as able to maintain all VAT related Books.
∎ Attend to different tax office & VAT office.
∎ Deduction of TDS & VDS from suppliers.
∎ Providing TDS and VDS certificates to suppliers.
∎ Prepare statement with all supporting documents for TAX (108,108A, monthly TDS & salary statement, etc) purpose.
∎ Ability to independently analyze and interpret provisions under the Income Tax and VAT Rules & Regulations;
∎ Ensure proper compliance with VAT & Tax Act and rules;
∎ Collection of assessment order and any other relevant documents from income tax and VAT authority.
∎ Analysis of assessment order.
∎ Attending hearing & facing any queries raised by the income tax and VAT authority.
∎ Preparation of all sorts of supporting documents & explanations for authorities' queries.
∎ Close liaison with Tax and VAT circle and division, zone, Head Quarter as well as Inspector, Super, DC and other related personnel.
∎ Any other VAT & Tax related tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Preferred Professional Certification in Tax and VAT.
∎ Minimum 05 years experience in Tax and VAT.
∎ Experience in a CA firm, consultancy firm, Group of Companies, Garments industry is preferred.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of a computer, especially in MS Word, Excel, Tally.
∎ Should have good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
