Experience:

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Educational & Experience Requirements:•

• Bachelor’s degree / Garment Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the finishing section of woven garments manufacturing.

• Strong technical knowledge of garment finishing, packing, and buyer requirements.

• Good leadership, planning, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict shipment deadlines.

• Computer literacy and experience in preparing finishing reports.

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Plan, organize, and monitor all finishing operations including thread trimming, ironing, tagging, folding, and packing.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly finishing plans based on the shipment schedule.

• Coordinate with sewing, washing, and quality departments to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.

• Ensure finishing quality according to buyer standards and approved samples.

• Supervise and manage finishing manpower – ironers, folders, checkers, and packers.

• Maintain proper record of finishing output, rejection, and rework for continuous improvement.

• Ensure all finishing equipment such as steam irons, vacuum tables, and needle detectors are properly maintained.

• Monitor product quality during finishing to minimize defects and ensure perfect presentation.

• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and carton markings as per buyer requirements.
