∎ Good command in Excel and ERP process.
∎ Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Minimum 5 years in Business Analyst role (Specially Real Estate or Hospitality Business)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the development and implementation that assists in enhancing short-range and long -range financial stability of the company.
∎ Capital investment analysis.
∎ Collaborate with the Management on organizational planning and decision-making.
∎ Oversee the preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
∎ Prepare Financial Statements and control the overall accounts management of the units.
∎ Ensure compliance with Tax and VAT; Knowledge about ERP Tally.
∎ Check bill/voucher/Requisition/Delivery challan or any others documents; Working with management to plan and build administrative & marketing strategies and execute them in a timely manner.
∎ Details responsibility will be shared in Viva Board.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the owner/controlling authority from time to.
