Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Post all collections and deposits to relevant bank accounts in the system by the next day and ensure all supporting documents are attached.
∎ Report daily sales collection status to management and track performance against target sales and collections.
∎ Assist in preparing month-end and year-end financial reports.
∎ Prepare and update the Monthly Receivable Report.
∎ Assist in setting up revenue and collection targets.
∎ Reconcile sales data with the sales coordinator.
∎ Conduct overdue and collection meetings with the sales team and management, and follow up on action items.
∎ Provide regular updates to salespersons and management regarding overdue and receivable status.
∎ Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Confirm and reconcile quarterly balances with customers.
∎ Share relevant sales and collection data with stakeholders as needed.
∎ Generate and analyze sales and collection reports as requested by management.
