Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ Candidates with CA (Chartered Accountancy) course completion will be given preference.
∎ Educational Qualification: BBA in Accounting or Finance (mandatory).

∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or banking sector.
∎ Preferred Qualification: Candidates with CA (Chartered Accountancy) course completion will be given preference.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Office, especially Excel.
∎ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
∎ High level of integrity and attention to detail.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Record accounting entries accurately into accounting software (Tally, Excel).
∎ Manage petty cash and ensure proper handling as per Prime Bank Foundation head office policies.
∎ Verify income and deposit processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
∎ Review and validate relevant documents related to project accounts.
∎ Perform reconciliation of accounts, bank statements, and other financial records.
∎ Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and entered into the software.
∎ Receive payments from patients at the registration/billing section and deposit them to the bank daily.
∎ Operate and manage all finance and accounts systems based on IHMS software.
∎ Handle all cheque-related processes as per organizational policies.
∎ Prepare debit, credit, and journal vouchers.
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly accounts, including all accounting statements.
∎ Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements and reconcile IHMS with Tally.
∎ Assist in budget preparation and monitor variances.
∎ Prepare quarterly financial reports and report on variances.
∎ Assist with annual audits and maintain financial files and records.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Coordinator or the CFO of Prime Bank Foundation.
