Skills: Deep knowledge of international board marking criteria and excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Curriculum Delivery: Plan and teach lessons strictly aligned with the latest CAIE syllabi.
Exam Preparation: Train students in exam techniques, analyze past papers, and conduct mock examinations.
Assessment: Set topical tests, grade assignments according to board marking schemes, and provide actionable feedback.
Student Support: Identify struggling students and conduct targeted revision or remedial sessions.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate tracking of student progress, attendance, and performance data.
