Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure academic excellence through proper implementation of CAIE & National Curriculum (English Version).
Lead and evaluate teachers; oversee syllabus, lesson plans, exams, and academic calendar.
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment; address student and parent concerns.
Take initiative in institutional development, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Organize school programs, events, and student development activities (clubs, ECP).
Manage overall administrative operations including HR, facilities, compliance, and reporting.
Coordinate with management and perform additional assigned responsibilities
