∎ Must have excellent computer literacy.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 100% honest in all aspect.
∎ Responsible for Barnali Textile & Printing Industries (Pvt.) Ltd, Barnali Collections Ltd and also for other sister concerns.
∎ Responsible for Knitting Business Unit financial record keeping, costing, business performance analysis, production analysis, Inventory analysis as well as business insight analysis.
∎ Making Sub-contract Bill and follow up payment.
∎ Posting into ERP in daily basis and report to supervisor.
∎ Ensure necessary payments with proper approval & guideline.
∎ Receive fund requisition & match with budget, checking policy and approval as per guideline and submit to dept. head as per timely manner.
∎ Take direct confirmation from party and reconcile outstanding balance regularly with GL and Reconcile party outstanding balance regularly.
∎ Preparation of Cash Flow Statement, Financial Budgets, Ratio Analysis, Recovery Report, Financial Projection etc. on monthly basis and analyzing.
∎ Keep records of all items / raw materials rate for future verification, Purchase verification according to requirements.
∎ Maintaining costing & cost accounting, Inventory reporting monthly, Costing analysis with variance, Production report and analysis, Inventory reconciliation, Product costing.
∎ Assist to prepare all kind of AIS and MIS report required by the management.
∎ 100% honest in all aspect.
