Additional Requirements: Experience with Microsoft Excel , R365, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc. will be an added advantage
Responsibilities & Context: Maintains receipts, records, withdrawals and files appropriate to the activities.
Post customer and vendor payments.
Bank reconciliations on daily basis.
Payroll processing and recording of transactions.
Maintain records of Invoices and posting of it in accounting software.
Verifies validity of account discrepancies.
Resolves intercompany transactions and validation of accounting entries.
Timely Reporting to upper management.
Exceptional verbal & written communication.
Good accounting knowledge.
Proficient in Excel.
Experience in software like QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, R365 can be added advantage
BBA / MBA or ACCA (Part/Fully Qualified)
