• Must be Experienced in large Knit Composite Industries.    

• Must be Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office, Excel, ERP Software.

Responsible for Barnali Textile & Printing Industries (Pvt.) Ltd and Barnali Collections Ltd.

• 100 % Honest in all aspect

• Analyze marker efficiency and implement strategies to reduce fabric consumption end-bit utilization.

• Conduct time and motion studies on spreading, numbering, and cutting processes to eliminate non-value-added activities.

• Identifying and resolving delays in the bundling or numbering sections.

• Calculate the daily capacity of the cutting room based on available table space and manpower to meet sewing line demands.

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for spreading (manual/auto), bundling, and sorting.

• Design and improve the physical layout of the cutting floor to ensure a smooth "One-Way" flow of materials.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on cutting fabric savings, fabric wastage and labor productivity.

• Optimizing the number of helpers and operators per cutting table to reduce labor costs.
