∎ Age 22 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing sales order and subsequent invoices for customers and tracking payment due or received in case of outstanding sales order.
∎ Reconciliation of every bank deposit with central/head office team to ensure accurate collection of sales orders and resolving discrepancies promptly.
∎ Tracking inventory levels by coordinating with inventory managers to ensure stock is accurately reflected in the records.
∎ Petty cash management through proper budget requisition, documentation and reporting of daily, weekly and monthly cash receipts and payments.
∎ Ensuring proper handling of payments received through mobile banking and POS services.
∎ Accurate data entry in CRM software of every customer visit in showroom in order to provide daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales and customer report as per the requirement of management.
∎ Ensure proper regulatory compliance like VAT and local authority through proper VAT book keeping, liaison with local VAT circle and local authority.
∎ Any other task provided by Head of Accounts and Finance.
