∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
∎ Prepare and Ensure that all company tax filings are completed on time (VAT, AIT and other relevant taxes).
∎ Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and recording of all stock movements (purchases, sales, and adjustments).
∎ Ensure timely and accurate generation of sales invoices, challans, billing statements, and other documents.
∎ Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for day-to-day operations.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audits.
∎ Ensure regular reconciliation of accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and intercompany accounts.
∎ Perform monthly inventory reconciliation to ensure that physical stock matches with accounting records.
∎ Well knowledge about ERP software using.
