Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
∎ Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as per requirement.
∎ Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
∎ Organizing and keeping proper record of financial transactions along will valid receipt / bills.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.
∎ Manage petty cash and prepare all types of vouchers, cash books, bill registers, general ledgers, and other financial records.
∎ Maintaining cash ledger and keeping proper track of receivables and payables.
∎ Oversee procurement processes, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
∎ Oversee daily accounting activities, including preparing, maintaining, and processing bank transactions.
∎ Responsible for providing accurate and fully compliant financial information to the banking partners, internal or external auditors and other external government & private agencies as required.
∎ Ensure submission of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly returns & statements to respective circle of NBR via online or offline platform.
∎ Provide clear explanations of billing invoices and accounting policies to employees, vendors, and clients.
∎ Work with internal and external auditors and facilitate audit processes.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely data entry into ERP systems.
∎ Following up the transfer of salary and other monthly bills in a timely manner.
∎ Other assigned task by the superior as and when required.
