∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Email Correspondences.
∎ Good command on writing and speaking in English.

∎ Should have knowledge in relevant accounting softwares (such as SAP, Oracle, Financfy & Tally Prime).
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Email Correspondences.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare accurate bank reconciliations within a specific timeline.
∎ Perform the reconciliation and verification of accounts regarding cash at hand & Cash at bank.
∎ Review bank accounts, checks balance against ledger amount & verified that the amount match with the financial statement.
∎ Monitor all banking activities in order to prevent any unusual deductions.
∎ Investigate all transections & follow-up with related team to pass necessary entry on timely basis.
∎ Assist auditors for statutory and other daily basis requirements.
∎ Problem analysis and problem-solving skills·
∎ Should have knowledge in Bank Account Reconciliation process.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in general accounting procedures.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management.
