Job Context:
∎ Nari Maitree is looking for skilled and ambitious professionals for our Humanitarian Response team in Ukhia, Cox`s Bazar.
∎ Finance & Procurement Officer (Rohingya response) under the direct supervision of the Project Coordinator of "Comprehensive, Integrated Multi-Sector Response for Rohingya FDMNs and Host Communities in Cox`s Bazar" Project of Nari Maitree.
∎ Full-time; 6-month contract, renewable based upon satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
∎ This is a 06-month project starting from September 1, 2023 with a possibility of extension for a long time.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality of financial management.
∎ Ensure all kinds of books & registers (Cash book, ledger book, stock register, Asset register etc) to the project operation.
∎ Keep all kinds of required financial documents properly & timely.
∎ Prepare all kinds of voucher, summary statements
∎ Budget follow-up and prepare analysis sheet for over and under expenditure.
∎ Ensure all kinds of government rules of vat and tax.
∎ Maintain day-to-day accounts transaction system.
∎ Handle banking transaction as per organizational policy.
∎ Responsible for admin related work.
∎ Responsible for communicate with donor and Nari Maitree's finance team.
∎ Responsible for prepare report and provide financial report timely manner.
∎ Coordination with program persons.
∎ Other tasks as assigned by the line manager/Project Coordinator.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years professional work experience in NGOs especially on accounts management.
∎ Computer literacy at advanced level with the MS Office package especially on Excel.
∎ The applicants should have experience in 'Tally Software'.
∎ Willing to travel to the field and work in team context.
∎ Working experience with Rohingya response will be an advantage
∎ Good communication skills
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
