Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/ MBA in Accounting or Finance from Dhaka or Chittagong University or selective reputed Private Universities in Bangladesh.
∎ Chartered Accountancy Course completed (CA CC) having Partial Qualification is mandatory for this position
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the finance department & all it's functions including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll & Controls.
∎ Timely submission of Financial Report and consolidation as required.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely recording and provisioning of all financial transactions including income, expenses, assets and liabilities into accounting systems.
∎ Ensure that all books of accounts (ledger, journal etc.) are maintained at full up-to-date condition all times.
∎ Preparation of Financial Statement as per BAS in compliance with other statutory requirement.
∎ Ensure VAT, Taxation and other Govt. legislation type works are properly done in a timely manner.
∎ Comply with all corporate accounting procedure & norms.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 48 years
∎ Applicants should have at least 3 years working experience as an Accounts & Finance Manager in a Multinational or similar environment.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have good leadership and delegation skills.
∎ Highly motivated, with a curious mind and passion for excellence and innovation
