Reports to: Country Manager via Project Co‑Coordinator (Capacity Building) and AJAR’s Financial Manager.

Role Summary: The Finance Lead is responsible for day‑to‑day project financial management, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, organisational policies and applicable laws in Bangladesh and Indonesia.The Finance Lead will divide her/his time between Ukiya and Cox’s Bazaar offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages project budgets, expenditure tracking and financial controls;

• Prepares accurate and timely financial reports;

• Maintains complete and auditable financial documentation;

• Supports forecasting and financial planning with Project Coordinators;

• Ensures donor compliance and accountability; and

• Completes mandatory training on financial systems and fraud prevention.

Required Expertise:

·         Proven well-developed financial management skills; and

·         Ability to adapt to a sensitive and challenging work environment.

Association for Integrated Development –Comilla (AID-COMILLA) a national level NGO and Asia Justice And Rights –Indonesia jointly has been implementing a project titled Survivor-Centerd Pathways to Justice and Reparations in the Rohingya Refugee Communities in Cox’s Bazaar, Bangladesh with funding support of Global Survivors Fund-Switzerland and Asia Justice and Rights-Indonesia in Rohingha camp number 13 and 8 east of Coxsbazar..

For the project we are looking for a competent, motivated and experienced Finance Lead  who can work  in Coxsbazar and in Ukhiya project office level. He/She must be strong in English language both writing and speaking.   Must be Master Degree in Commerce (CC completed will be preferred)  with excellent result  from public or renowned University of Bangladesh.  For long time experienced candidate experience may be relaxed.

Must have working experience with INGO or National NGO in Rohingha camp in Case Management sector in junior or mid level position.
