Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters degree in Finance/ Accounting or any other relevant subject from any recognized university with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Resilience strengthening of vulnerable populations in northern, western and eastern Bangladesh through a network approach of 5 partner organizations Project.
∎ Project Budget Code: 4.1

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finance and Accounting:
∎ Maintain and preserve proper filing systems of accounting transactions and reports.
∎ Generate monthly/ quarterly/ half-yearly/ yearly financial statements as per management requirements.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of treasury and petty cash management.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of Audit, Income Tax, VAT and other regulatory reporting issues.
∎ Ensure Asset Valuation, Credit rating issues of the PHALS organization.
∎ Maintain and preserve proper filing systems for Banks/ NBFIs and other Finance related documents and related source vouchers.
∎ Perform month end & yearly financial closing activities.
∎ Reconciliation- dealing with banks transaction as monthly Basis
∎ Prepare & submit monthly financial statements as per management requirements.
∎ Able to execute Monthly audit program
∎ Maintaining accounts using accounting software/ TALY
∎ Ensure and monitor proper bookkeeping systems of CRG (Climate Resilience Group).
∎ Marketing:
∎ Ability to work independently and also with Climate Resolution Group members to achieve sales targets of the CRG products.
∎ Responsible for regular follow-up with customers and maintaining proper records.
∎ Responsible for direct meetings with the prospects/ customer's office and also outside.
∎ Responsible for visiting projects as and when required.
∎ Assist the CRG members to prepare report to the management about the progress every day.
∎ Create linkage with vendor/whole seller
∎ Capable of making daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submitting them to management.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
