Job Context:
∎ SEP Sub Project (Goat Rearing) invites application to fill up the following vacancies in their respective units:-
∎ Job Location : Gazipur district and Narasingdhi district.
∎ Project Duration - 2 Years
∎ Service Pattern - Project Based

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in Planning, designing and implementation of micro-enterprise under the SEP Sub Project Goat rearing.
∎ Regular information collection from the field level micro-enterprise and analyze gradual development.
∎ Ensure all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, regulatory requirements.
∎ Prepare, analyse, and interpret financial reports and/or studies.
∎ Supervise all project financial transactions and reports, ensuring financial procedures are followed and that all financial administration has the correct approvals.
∎ Maintain Fixed Asset register and keep all original documents pertaining to fixed assets e.g. owner books for motorbikes etc.
∎ Make invoice, Journal and assist for advance management.
∎ Accepts request for payment, examines attached documents, verify
∎ Responsible for collecting and releasing funds through cash or check
∎ Maintenance of all finance files, Journal and Ledger books
∎ Assist in the conduct of audit either by internal or external auditor.
∎ Prepare regular reports as per requirements on micro-enterprise development.
∎ Organize and conduct of training documents of ME's on micro-enterprise development.
∎ Undertake advocacy program on micro-enterprise development with the concerned stakeholders.
∎ Suggest micro-enterprise improvements for the ME.
∎ Responsible for marketing, backward and forward linkage development, product branding and packaging.
∎ Regular report preparation on business development of ME's to the concerned authorities.
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the organization or the Project Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Minimum 03 year of relevant working experience.
∎ Proven knowledge of preparation of report and business/market development. Experiences on planning, designing and implementation of micro-enterprise development program, experiences on monitoring, evaluation and reporting of micro-enterprise development, capability of situation analysis, conduction of baseline survey etc. Good computer knowledge (Microsoft office, Typing (Both English and Bangla).
∎ Willingness to work in the rural areas.
∎ Extensive field visit.
∎ Monitoring micro-enterprises and clusters.

Salary:
∎ 40,000.00 (BDT) and festival bonus as per project budget
