Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Networks, Telecommunication, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Networks, Telecommunication, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Computer Networks, Diploma in Engineering in Computer Networks
∎ Course (Bachelors or Diploma) must be fully complete (including Project/Thesis/Internship).
∎ Course on Networking e.g. CCNA, MTCNA etc. will be of added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities including but not limited to the followings :
∎ Providing technical support on-site and over-phone to customers regarding Operating Systems (Windows), Network and Internet links, Service Usage and related issues.
∎ Maintain documentation of Network links, New Users, task details, equipment/ accessory details etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a residence in Chittagong city.
∎ Physical fitness to be able to regularly work for prolonged hours outdoors (approximately 90% of the work will be outdoors).
∎ Good Reading and Writing skills in both Bengali and English.
Salary:
∎ As per the terms and conditions of the contract.
