Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Agriculture.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production block / farmer's selection as production guide line or production planning.
∎ Area measurement.
∎ Production technology wise farmer's meeting & training.
∎ Contract Farmer's agreement with company terms & condition.
∎ Production wise inputs supply & record keeping.
∎ Farmer's bill preparation & fund requisition.
∎ Manage Contract Growers through frequent communication, supervision and proper documentation.
∎ Digital communication in case of emergency field issue.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of each activities.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assigned by the Management.
∎ Target wise productivity collection & preservation
∎ Networking with relevant NGOs, GOs and research organizations about development
∎ Daily reporting to the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fresh/ exp. in relevant field can be considered.
∎ Can speak, write and understand English.
∎ Computer literacy MS Office (Word, Excel and etc.)
∎ Well known especially about Sweet potato.
∎ Compost preparation
∎ Talking to others to convey information effectively.
∎ Positive mentality to work with any all levels of peoples.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable (12,000- 13,000) BDT/ month

∎ As per Company's policy.
