∎ Master's in any discipline from any reputed educational institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate, follow up and feedback to community health worker on data collection from the community.
∎ Ensure line listing of all the participants who are involved in the research study and monitoring their routine follow-up.
∎ Ensure correct data collection at the community and facility level from all the implementation sites.
∎ Ensure M&E indicators for the project are uniformly communicated to all project staff including concerned field staffs.
∎ Assist in conducting research as and when needed.
∎ Monitor smooth supplies of consumable at community and health facility level
∎ Validate MIS data with different log books.
∎ Supervise and monitor verbal autopsies at hospital and/or community level.
∎ Coordination with quality assurance team if any issues come out during field monitoring.
∎ Monitoring regular follow-up by the community health providers to selected participants.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
