Job Responsibilities:
∎ A Field Sales Associate's primary focus is on, selling the health care services (insurance) of Milvik to bKash customers at multiple locations such as bKash centres, care points, agent points etc. in the Chittagong Metro area.
∎ Provide support, information, and guidance to customers during sales & onboarding of new customers.
∎ Strictly follow processes outlined by the management to ensure the quality of sales - no miss-selling.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Represents the brand Milvik during all customer and partner interactions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic Computer skill
∎ Customer relationship
∎ Email Communications
∎ Messaging
∎ Microsoft Excel
∎ Communication: Great communication skills in Bangla; Moderate communication skills in English
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Fixed salary & sales incentive.
Salary will be based on experience.
