Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and supervise of Project Assistant's Activities
∎ Organize and conduct smearing centre for smear preparation by collected sputum.
∎ Ensure quality treatment completion of TB patient by selection of DOT provider from the community.
∎ Maintain proper recording in the registers of lab. Patients follow up in regular basis.
∎ Collect, prepare, and provide timely daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly report to the supervisor.
∎ Maintain liaison with other sectors of BRAC, other partners and stakeholders for achieving objectives of the programme.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
