Job Context:
∎ Post Type : Full time
∎ Based in : Ukhia, Cox`s Bazar, Bangladesh
∎ Reporting to : Programme Officer/Senior Programme Officer
∎ Project Duration : 01 January 2022 to 31 January 2023.
∎ Reference: 2 (Two) References
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of the project activities in communication with beneficiaries, community stakeholders at field level
∎ Work closely with project team, and ASK management for ensuring smooth coordination
∎ Perform filed work for implement the project components and activities in line with project design
∎ Smooth working relation with the donor, local leaders, NGOs, local government bodies and other stakeholders.
∎ Follow the direction of the organization and any other official instruction by the senior management.
∎ Responsible for gathering data from field sources and inform update on challenges, lesson learns and risk related to community engagement and resilience.
∎ Prepare field activity report as rewired line manager, M&E, and the organizational management
∎ To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when required and assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years' experience on community mobilization for host community volunteers and 1 years on community mobilization in respective camp. Preference on working experience on GBV field and computer literacy
∎ Only Female candidates will be eligible for the position
∎ Education qualification may be relaxed for the Candidates with prior Experience
∎ Local candidates will be given priority
Salary:
∎ Salary : BDT 30,000 per month (consolidated)
