Experience:

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery, Dairy, Agro based Startup

• Diploma in Agriculture
• Diploma in Livestock
• Diploma in Forestry

Training or certification in Crop Production, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), or Plant Protection will be considered an advantage

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery, Dairy, Agro based Startup

• Age 21 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Must be a local resident of Rangpur Division

• Must have own motorcycle and valid driving license

• Willing to travel regularly across project areas

• Comfortable working directly with farmers in rural environments

• Computer literacy required (MS Word, MS Excel, Email)

• Laptop or desktop ownership will be given preference

Agrows Network OPC is implementing contract farming and agricultural trading projects across the Rangpur Division. To strengthen field-level operations, we are seeking dedicated Field Operation Officers (FOO) who will work directly with farmers to ensure proper crop management, project execution, and reporting.

This role is highly field-oriented and suitable for candidates with strong agricultural knowledge and interest in working closely with farming communities.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits in assigned project areas and work directly with farmers

• Identify, verify, and onboard farmers under contract farming and trading projects

• Provide basic technical guidance on crop management (potato, maize, rice, onion, vegetables)

• Monitor crop conditions, disease, and pest issues, and report field observations

• Support the distribution of agricultural inputs as per project guidelines

• Maintain proper field records and submit regular reports to supervisors

• Assist in farmer training, meetings, and awareness sessions

• Build and maintain good relationships with farmers and local stakeholders

• Support recovery, collection, or delivery processes as required by the project

• Perform any other field-related duties assigned by management

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: BDT 12,000–15,000 (Probation Period)

• Probation Period: 6 months

• Salary Revision: After probation, based on performance evaluation
