Position Overview

Agrows Network OPC invites applications for the position of Finance & Admin Officer (FAO). The role is responsible for supporting finance, accounts, administration, and operational coordination activities of the organization. This is an entry-level, full-time position offering structured learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily cash, bank, and petty cash records with proper documentation

  • Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents prior to payment

  • Prepare monthly Trial Balance, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet

  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain stock and financial reports

  • Support VAT, tax compliance, and audit-related documentation

  • Prepare financial analysis and management reports using MS Excel

  • Prepare purchase orders and work orders based on approved requisitions

  • Coordinate procurement of agricultural inputs and operational materials

  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation

  • Assist in recruitment and employee documentation processes

  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll support information

  • Provide administrative and operational support to management

  • Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders
