Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ FI/FS recruitment, training & supervision
∎ Prepare project-wise field budget
∎ Work with different stakeholders and clients
∎ Arrange field briefing
∎ Execution monitoring and report collection from field, project wise report preparation and share with management
∎ Check the quality of execution, conduct field audits and report to management
∎ High engagement with the field and proactively drives assigned projects.
∎ Frequent contact with DP & Research team
∎ Maintain relationship with FI & FS
∎ Brief to FI, FS and controlling regional head quarter
∎ Prepare project-wise field bill and share to concern department
∎ Ability to arrange IDI, KII, FGD
∎ Working experience with the Survey CTO, KOBO or similar digital data collection platform.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in a related field like supervisor, QC field executive.
∎ Strong communication, research, and typing skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Multi-tasker and able to work under pressure.
∎ Creativity, Resourcefulness, Flexibility, and Self-Motivation.
∎ Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.
∎ Receptiveness to feedback.
∎ Willingness to meet deadlines.
