Job Context:
∎ Job Title: Field Officer on TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training), Enterprise and Employment Support Associate, TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) Capacity Building Associate
∎ Duration: 3 years (up to December 2022)
∎ Coxs Bazar Sadar, Ramu, Ukhiya and Teknaf Upazila in Cox’s Bazar District
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and implement the TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training), TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training)
∎ Clear understanding on Technical and Vocational Education and Training
∎ Recruitment and outreach for different trainings, training providers from the community level and Provide assistance in identification, enrollment and capacity building for local level TVETs and CSOs, support to TVETs facility enhancement
∎ Coordination with relevant stakeholders to promote youth Entrepreneurship and Empowerment
∎ Coordination and liaison with different stakeholders including, youths, community leaders, union and Upazila stakeholders including local Government to conduct various events
∎ Attend events/meetings organized by other relevant stakeholder within target project catchment area
∎ Any other task/s assigned as emerged and required for the project and Organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years’ experience in community engagement at NGO level. Experience on Entrepreneurship and Empowerment will be given preference.
∎ Has analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Report writing and documentation skills
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Good knowledge on Computer Operations, MS Office Application including typing preferably in English and Bengali both E-mail & Internet.
Salary:
∎ 40,750 BDT and other admissible benefits as per project rules.
