• 1+ year of experience in sales or a related field (preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

• Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Overview:

Dosen Electric Corporation is looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Officer, Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires frequent field visits, effective communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to potential clients and promote company products/services.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Identify business opportunities and generate leads for sales growth.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

• Provide product demonstrations and explain technical details to customers.

• Collect market insights and provide feedback to the sales team.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company professionally in all dealings with clients and stakeholders.

Job Benefits:

• Salary: BDT 15,000 – 18,000 (based on experience and performance).

• Food Allowance: BDT 3,000 per month.

• Travel Allowance (TADA): As per discussion.

• Sales Commission: 0.75% on sales target achievement.

• Yearly Sales Target Completion Bonus: BDT 100,000.
