Job Context:
∎ The Field Officer - Sales and Marketing is supervised by the Manager - Sales and Marketing. Sales and Marketing team is directly lead by the Managing Director.
∎ Field area: Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Matijheel, Mirpur, Uttara, Tongi, Khilkhet, Mohammadpur, Jatrabari, Khilgaon.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase sales volumes, achieve, and possibly overachieve the sales targets
∎ He/she will be responsible for discovering new customers and increase the sales volume of the company.
∎ Sell the company s products or services directly to users.
∎ Listen to customer requirements and presents appropriately to make a sale Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
∎ Ensure achieving month-wise individual Sales Targets as well as Team members' sales Targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-year(s) experience in sales and marketing.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skill
