∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct promotional and door to door campaign for new customer acquisition jointly with Agent outlet;
∎ Drive Business Growth of the agent Outlet;
∎ Ensure smooth Business operation at Agent Outlet maintaining strict compliance
∎ Follow up day to day activities of Agent Banking Outlet;
∎ Maintain close relationship with linked Branches of the Bank;
∎ Reporting & MIS;
∎ Other activities time to time assigned by Head Office;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age upto 30 years
∎ Graduate with minimum 2nd Division/Class in any discipline;
∎ Ready to work in the field level anywhere in Bangladesh;
∎ Willing to visit frequently different Union/Upazilla;
∎ Strong communication skill with pleasant personality;
∎ Must be proactive, self-motivated and target oriented;

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
