∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline/Master's degree in any discipline.
∎ Business/ Commerce background will be given preference.
Job Context:
∎ Job location: Patuakhali Kalapara & Faridpur - Sadarpur & CharBhadrason.
∎ Job nature: Full time, 6 Days/Week.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work with community engagement, source new Kallyanis' (women entrepreneurs) for deployment and support project operations.
∎ Supervise and monitor Kallyanis' (women entrepreneurs) work performance of that particular upazilla on a daily basis.
∎ Maintain good relations with local administration and influential people regularly.
∎ Conduct field level training / workshops for increasing Kallyani's skills.
∎ Arrange weekly meetings with Kallyanis, distribute inventory and provide solutions to their problems.
∎ Update and maintain stock list using digital platform and keep track of products.
∎ Collect all Kallyani's orders and send it head office through sales concern person.
∎ Distribute monthly sales targets to Kallyanis' (women entrepreneurs) and take necessary steps to fulfill the target.
∎ Ensure every Kallyanis' (women entrepreneurs) monthly sales target is achieved in their areas.
∎ Arrange meeting for scheduling the next duties and exchange of goods delivered to women entrepreneur (Kallyani) on a weekly basis.
∎ Assist for collecting sales money submit to Company accounts.
∎ Prepare and send sales reports in weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Sales and Marketing experienced candidates will be given preference;
∎ Value chain project/programme implementation experience will be added a value;
∎ Computer skill (ability to use MS excel, MS word and Email is a must);
∎ Management and supervising skills;
∎ Ability to work with large amounts of data;
∎ Have the experience to prepare sales report;
∎ Sales staffs managing capability by playing role as a supervisor;
∎ Ownership of bike is mandatory;
Salary:
∎ BDT 17,500 to BDT 19,500 (Including TA/DA)
