Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Bachelor degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is mainly responsible to ensure the smooth implementation of the Learning Center's activities. Monitor and supervise the Facilitators on regular basis. Prepare all kinds of reports of Learning centers. Also the position is responsible to lead, guide and supervise the Facilitators, students, Parents and Guardians. This position is also responsible to keep close connection with CEC members and parents, Technical Officers, Save the Children, government official and other designated staffs. This position will remain direct supervision and monitoring under Technical Officers.
∎ Prepare monthly activity plan. Responsible for proper implementation of Learning Center and other components within the project area. Ensure 100% students and teachers attendance, Update daily attendance both teacher and students. Ensure parents meeting, parenting session, CEC meeting. Ensure child friendly environment in learning centers by developing learning materials. Also ensure eye level decoration with learning materials in those centers. Ensure cleanliness of students, Facilitator, class room, office room etc. Collect low cost toys and learning materials and develop handmade toys and learning materials for children. Ensure LC activities for children in the classroom and in family also. Ensure 100% implementation of child safeguard policy provided by Save the Children. Inform any type of child safeguard policy violation information within 24 hours to CSG Focal person.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 02 years experience in the development field along with minimum 1 year experience in education project in Rohingya Refugee Camps.
∎ Ability to conversation with Rohingya language.
∎ Ability to work in Rohingya Camps context
∎ Excellent planning and analytical skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working atmosphere
∎ Good working relationships with colleagues, external actors.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary BDT 30000 with other benefits as per project budget
